WHAT OUR RESIDENTS THINK
As a resident of Sunrise West for 10 years I have found there are so many positive aspects that it would take too much space to list all of them. Here, we can be independent in our daily living and dependent upon other things like interior and exterior maintenance needs. I particularly like the "green space" that each· condo has for enjoyment during the warm months. All residents have an opportunity to engage in the activities provided monthly and annually. These gatherings allow each of us to see old friends as well as make new ones. In summary: this is a great alternative residence for those of us that are reaching

I have been a resident of Sunrise West for over 11 years and am delighted to live here.
The homes are well designed and if you buy a new one before it is finished you can make choices that best suit your needs. You can make kitchen choices about layout, cabinets, flooring and colors. Your yard is maintained and you can make it your own by requesting things you would like. It is a wonderful and friendly place to live-well built and well maintained.
We originally moved to Sunrise West in 2014 into one of their smaller condos. Over a period of time, we decided we wanted more room. We enjoyed living in the Sunrise West neighborhood, the homes are well cared for, the lawns and landscaping are beautiful and we enjoy our neighbors, so we really did not want to leave Sunrise West. We had the opportunity to purchase a larger condo two doors down from present home. By doing this, we were able to continue living at Sunrise West.
